The European Chips Skills Academy (ECSA) invites students, graduates, and early-career professionals to join an upcoming webinar in collaboration with GlobalFoundries and Silicon Saxony, focusing on career opportunities and working in semiconductor manufacturing.
This webinar will provide participants with an overview of the ECSA project, followed by a unique opportunity to experience a virtual reality tour of the GlobalFoundries fabrication facility in Dresden. Participants will also learn about current career opportunities at GlobalFoundries and gain first-hand insights into daily life and work inside a semiconductor fabrication plant. The session will conclude with an interactive Q&A session with industry professionals.
The webinar is particularly relevant for students and graduates in microelectronics, electrical engineering, materials science, physics, IT, and other STEM-related fields who are interested in pursuing a career in the semiconductor industry.
