The ECS-Academy Educational Leaders are chiefly responsible for providing strategic guidance on the development of educational materials and courses throughout the lifetime of the ECSA project to ensure relevance, alignment with skills needs, and comprehensiveness. The ECSA Educational Leaders will also work to advance a pan-European network of semiconductor and microelectronics education to improve standardization of curricula, facilitate mobility of students, and further develop clusters around fields of expertise. In the long term the Board will serve as the foundation for an enduring Educational Leaders network for microelectronics that will continue the pan-European mission of the Board.
