DEI Working Group

The DEI working group contributes to the goals of providing career guidance, and job opportunities, and operational tools for employers and educators to assess and improve the inclusivity of their processes. Mandatory qualifications for members of this working group role include a commitment to the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion as well as experience in areas such as implementing inclusive hiring procedures, bias training, and mentorship programmes. Members should have experience in collaborating across diverse teams, including underrepresented or marginalized groups
