In September, project partner IAL FVG launched its first training initiatives under the ECSA label at its Pordenone site in Italy.
IAL has delivered two of its courses developed within the framework of the ECSA project (the Basic Project Management and Advanced Project Management courses), dedicated to fourth-year students of the “Digital Manufacturing and Modelling Technician” program, marking a significant step toward ECSA’s contributions to innovation and professional growth in the microelectronics sector in North-East Italy!
The classroom training, lasting a total of 6 hours (3 hours per course), was led by Dr. Fabrizio Rondo, a consultant and expert trainer in the fields of Design Thinking, Design Management, Service Design, and business model innovation.
Each training session began with a lecture-style introduction covering both basic and advanced concepts of Design Thinking. This was followed by hands-on exercises applying the concepts learned, including case studies related to the microelectronics sector and the development of integrated managerial formats.
The training was further enriched by live access to English-language educational content drawn from the ECSA Platform.
The courses’ pilot involved 11 students who, after completing the training and successfully passing an assessment test, received official ECSA Certificates of Achievement!
